- Paul & Lisa, Our daughter's wedding on September 29, 2012 was everything she had hoped for and more, due in large part to the two of you and your outstanding support staff at the banquet center. Although planning a wedding can be stressful, you took so much of that away with your patience, understanding, and unparalled professionalism. Your facility is beautiful. If one didn't know any better, you would think you were in the heart of New York City. The food was delicous, and we continue to get feedback from family and friends pertaining to just how perfect everything was. - Lisa & Paul, We can't tell you how grateful we are to you and your staff for pulling off Sarah & Paul's reception despite the huge problems. The food was served on time, hot & delicious, & your staff stayed pleasant throughout. I've worked in the food industry & I know how hot & miserable commercial kitchens are in the best of circumstances! - Paul & Lisa, We can't begin to thank you enough for everything you did to help make our wedding day the best! The reception was absolutely everything we imagined it to be and more! We have had so many compliments from our guests saying it was the best they have been to from the size and set-up of the room to the food staions, which is so different than what they are use to (they loved the mashed potato martinis, we still hear about it). You both have been a blessing to work with making it a bride's & groom's dream and being stress free to plan. The staff was also excellent with everything. Please extend our appreciation. We've begun to run out of superlatives to describe all that you did to make Anne and Dave's wedding day a most special occasion.Everyone loved the food and we were impressed not only with how good it was, but how nicely presented it was. It was all very inviting and our guests thoroughly enjoyed it. Your staff did a superb job of serving, whether it was at the bar or mingling among the guests with canape trays. I have literally spent hours on the phone with people raving about the food, the atmosphere, the service,etc. My well-traveled family said that your place rivaled any "big city" banquet facility that they have been to. The food was great, and even that word seems so trivial when describing it. My only regret is that I only have 1 child, and may have to wait a while for another "life event" to occur, however, you can be sure that my first and only call for any party need will be to you. - Dear Paul and Lisa,Thank you so much for a delightful and elegant evening at Premier Banquet Center.Everything ran very smoothly thanks to your expertise. Your wait staff was extremely efficient. I received many compliments on their demeanor and poise. It seemed to me that their primary goal was to make each of us satisfied and happy! The food, of course, was superb. I have a few very picky relatives and their comments at times can be critical. But they absolutely adored the filet! The previous evening's rehearsal dinner also received rave reviews. First, people were surprised at the setup and the variety of foods. I had mentioned that it would be a light dinner, very casual dinner. It was far more than that! Thank you for impressing all of our guests and giving such a warm welcome to New York!(We had guests from California, Michigan, Mississippi, Pennsylvania and Rhode Island). Finally, I'd like to personally thank you for allowing us to "take over" your kitchen in order to prepare flowers and wedding cake. We definitely realized how hard that must have been for you and your staff. Frankly, I didn't know how much time and space we'd take up. - What can I say! The job you did from beginning to end was spectacular! My phone was ringing off the wall the next day, guests were calling to say what a lovely reception, how timely it all went, how perfect it was. Great food, excellant service, your staff delightful!
